Membership & Billing
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis and auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of any billing period.
Founding Member spots are available at a one-time flat fee of $1,000 and grant lifetime access at the founding rate. This offer is limited to 50 members and is non-refundable.

All content — including workouts, videos, recipes, written materials, graphics, and branding — is owned exclusively by Sculpt Ritual LLC and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized copying, distribution, reproduction, or sharing of any content is strictly prohibited.
User Conduct
Members may not share their account credentials or grant access to non-members. Misuse of the platform, including sharing paid content outside of the membership, may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Third-Party Services
Sculpt Ritual uses trusted third-party services including Stripe for payment processing and Memberstack for membership management. We are not responsible for the policies or actions of these providers. By using our platform you agree to their respective terms of service.
Modifications
Sculpt Ritual LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Comprehensive Liability Waiver & Release
By accessing Sculpt Ritual content, you confirm that your participation is entirely voluntary and that you have chosen to engage with the platform of your own free will.
You acknowledge and assume all known and unknown risks associated with physical exercise and nutritional changes, including but not limited to injury, illness, or adverse health events.
You confirm that you are physically capable of participating in the activities described and have consulted or will consult a healthcare provider as appropriate.
You hereby release, waive, and discharge Sculpt Ritual LLC, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sculpt Ritual LLC from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
By using Sculpt Ritual, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver in its entirety.
